Milk, whether cow or buffalo, has abundance of nutrients and minerals and hence is considered very good for health.
Milk is a good source of protein as regular consumption provides calcium which is most needed for the development of teeth and joints. Calcium in it strengthens teeth and joints and milk also makes the skin glow. Bathing by mixing milk in bath water also makes the skin glow.
According to Ayurveda, mother's milk is considered good for children, it increases intelligence, milk should be taken properly according to age.

Vitamins - Minerals - The amount of Sodium in milk is between 105 to 127 soluble, it is very useful for women and children, and the amount of Iron in it is up to 2%.
