It was the most searched diet on Google in 2018. This diet is trending in now a days.
Keto diet it's changing the way that your Psysiology and your body is so instead of Burning Sugar for Energy, your body is burning Fat for Energy.
Ketone diet our as it's known sometimes the Ketogenic diet. Now Ketone are substance broken down from fat,actually it happens while you are asleep and it happens during fasting.
It's part of the adaptation to fasting these things are soluble in your bloodstream so they can carry energy around your body and unlike fats.Which are not soluble and have to be carried on protein so these Ketones go up about 300 fold over the the first 6 week old show of Starvation and they even come out of your Breath and creative fruity smell of your Breath. however they have little effect on

Which means that these diets are only 5% Carbohydrate and about 75% Fat with a little amount of Protein maybe 10 to 20%.So you are going to eat a a lot of Bacon and you are gonna eat a lot of Meat.
You are getting butter and you are your going to eat oils.
When you are on Keto-Diet in short Keto-Genic you should eat Low-Carb and High Fat Foods.
Eating this way put your body into a metabolic state called Ketosis.
When you are in Ketosis your body becomes a fat burning machine.
It also turns fat into Ketones in the liver, which can supply energy for the brain.

Red Meat, Salmon, Tuna, Omega 3,Whole Eggs, Butter Unprocessed Cheese, Nuts and Seeds.
The foods to avoid one Keto are:
Bread, Cake, Ice-cream, Candy, Cereal, Pasta, Rice and all Fruits aside from Berries.
There is the standard Ketogenic diet 75% fat 20% protein and 5% carbs.(The standard keto diet is usually for people who are looking to accelerate their weight loss).
And the high protein Ketogenic diet 60% fat 35% protein and 5% carbs.(The high protein ketogenic diet is usually for people who need protein to protect muscle mass such as body builders and other people).
